Early 17th Century Dutch half of a clay pipe

From my personal collection, selling off.
Chance to get a less common piece which is early 17th century and has approx half the stem still intact. They do not come up often pieces like this with so much stem from such an early date. Has a small bowl, no makers mark on it.
The Dutch clay pipe industry was founded in c.1610 by English people who fled religious persecution.
Originally purchased from an Amsterdam collector 20 years ago. It was found in Amsterdam. Likely date c.1620-1635

Clay Pipe with a bunch of cigars or vegetables

I think this came from a French pipe making site, perhaps the Gisclon Works, not totally sure. It looks like a bundle of cigars with a ribbon around though I was told it was a bunch of vegetables. There are coloured glazes on it. An unsual design.

Group of Radioactive Nodules from Devon.

Group of natural nodules and split pieces from East Devon, UK. Gathered on a field trip. You get the actual pieces shown in the photo. These are very educational pieces suitable for anyone with an interest in radioactivity. They erode out of cliffs and are smashed by the sea quickly. Very low reading so not highly dangerous, the group together can give off around 20-30 cps measured with a radiacode 102 geiger counter. Care should always be taken when handling minerals like this - wash hands after handling and do not breath in any dust. More information with the pieces. I only have a few of these so once sold there will be no more.

Copper and Uraninite

Sample approx 3x2x1cm. Fragment of fractured rock with traces of copper mineralisation and a radioactive content which might be uraninite derived. Educational piece suitable for anyone with an interest in radioactivity. Around 40-60 cps using a radiacode 102 geiger counter. Care should always be taken when handling minerals like this - wash hands after handling and do not breath in any dust. From the St Just area of Cornwall, more information with the piece.
